Nice for presentation of UML diagram

5,0 vor 4 Jahren Vorteile: Good user interface and thus user friendly. Easy and fast installation due to its small size. Variety of menus for your needs. Good for representing use cases. Nachteile: Dia software is not colourful and appealing to the eye. Its black and white majorly thus looking quite boring with its colours.

Dia a great tool for beginners

Vorteile: When I was starting to create some diagrams, Dia helps me to have a great software to begin and i really like the differents tools, the differents functionalities, this software it’s awesome when you are starting. Nachteile: I don’t like the graphic interface because in a lot of cases it’s very old and it’s boring to use, this software maybe needs a redesign or new functionalities

DIA gives you the different styles of diagrams and gives you the basic tools for a better style 2.) DIA has a work area where we can easily locate the competitors that we want to Nachteile: 1.) DIA does not have an evaluator that indicates whether the diagram would be correct or not. 2) DIA should integrate an assistant, there are things that very few people use because they do not know what it is for, there is no online support that allows you to document about it

Using the Dia Diagram Editor

4,0 letzten Monat Neu Kommentare: A while ago I looked for a viable free alternative to Visio and I found Dia. This free cross-platform diagramming tool is incredibly similar to older (pre-ribbon) versions of Visio. Whilst the look and feel of the program is a little dated, it gets the job done. Coming with a plethora of sheets & objects (like stencils in Visio) right out of the box means you can start creating straight off the bat. Almost anyone can produce professional looking diagrams with this tool by simply dragging the stencil shapes onto the canvas and linking them together from simple flowcharts to complex Entity Relationship Diagrams. I have used Dia on and off for a number of years and would not hesitate to recommend this clever little drawing tool. Vorteile: The number of sheets & objects available out of the box is impressive.The fact that this package is cross-platform makes it very attractive. Nachteile: The look and feel of Dia is slightly dated, but any users of early Visio will feel right at home. Dia Diagram Online.
